Our delay-alert SLA is three hours. If a vessel misses a berthing window or a truck is held at a border, a named coordinator has three hours to reach you with the situation and a plan.
Visibility is not a dashboard. It is a person telling you what they are going to do about the problem.
The dashboard shows you where the box is. The SLA tells you that someone is already working the exception. That difference is the whole service.
